House Wash Oxidation Removal in Hillsborough, NJ

House Wash Oxidation Removal in Hillsborough, NJ

This project was a restoration of this Hardie Board siding here in Hillsborough, NJ. There was a thick film of oxidation on the East and South sides. Previously someone tried to pressure wash it; disrupting the layer of oxidation. First the house must be soft washed to remove organics like moss, mold, algae, lichen, etc (this may amplify the oxidation). Second, in order to even out marks and remove oxidation a degreaser must be applied. After a 15 minute dwell time, a light brush to agitate is needed; followed by a thorough rinse. This was a great example of a successful removal and now the house looks absolutely gorgeous! Contact today for a free estimate.
